Here's a better plan. On February 3, 2027, you and nine other leaders start Coaching From The Middle together. For six months, we'll stop pulling weeds and start growing leaders, and you'll walk away building a team culture of radical ownership.

What your six months look like
Starting February 3, 2027, you'll meet twice a month with a small group of leaders who get it.

• 12 live, one-hour coaching sessions on Zoom, on set dates so you can plan ahead
• Coaching from Tony and the TMS&A team on the real challenges on your desk right now
• A peer group of no more than 10 leaders, small enough that everybody gets heard
• Bite-sized sessions built for an overloaded schedule, with practical next steps you can use the same week
